Yaoi-Con 2008 | A Celebration of Male Beauty & Passion in Anime & Manga

In a tradition now six years running, Yaoi-Con lets you explore your deep dark fantasies of being a Flea-Market entrepreneur at the Swap Meet while building up some funds for the shopping spree in the Dealer’s Room. Friends and family accidentally bought duplicate manga? Fell out of love with a series and want to make room for your new illicit love affair? Whatever the reason, bring in those old manga or doujinshi and get ready to haggle! But please, limit your offerings to new or used commercial items (imported doujinshi are also okay).

The Swap Meet will take place from 3:00-5:30 PM on Friday, September 26th. We will begin selling tables at 2:45 PM.

Please do not wait in the courtyard and place "dibs" on tables. This will be enforced. Please line up in the hallway leading to the courtyard, not in the courtyard itself, as doing so would interfere with with set-up (which means the swap meet might not start on time). Staff will be available to direct the line at 2:30 PM.

Tables will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis at a rate of $10/half table, limit one half table per person.

*NOTE: Live pornography, anime/music/scanlations made into VCD/DVD/CD, photocopies of manga or doujinshi are not allowed to be sold. Yaoi-Con reserves the right to have our staff ask participants to remove items considered not suitable for sale at the Swap Meet.
