WITHIN WALKING/DRIVING DISTANCE: Michael’s Arts & Crafts - 1750 S Delaware St Joanns Frabics and Crafts - 1948 S El Camino Real For Joanns’ cosplay members, to get to the store, go up Concar Dr. and turn left onto the 92 Westbound to Half Moon Bay freeway. The exit is El Camino Real South and is the first exit sign you see. ** BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WHEN MERGING INTO THE EXIT! ** The merge lane for El Camino Real south is very small and oncoming traffic may merge on tightly. USE EXTREME CAUTION! Once you have exited the freeway, merge one lane left and stay on it, look for this list of stores and turn into the parking lot immediately.

Want a nice background for a private shoot? Let San Mateo’s Central Park be the best spot for the most beautiful background the park has to offer! Unfortunately the Japanese Garden is closed for renovation but will be open for all you Yaoi-Con attendees!
The park is located in Downtown San Mateo on 5th & Laurel Ave.
Parking is available at the park for $0.25 per hour (Quarters are accepted only at Central Park Parking Lot)
