It seems like only yesterday that Yaoi-Con welcomed the incomparable Nitta Youka to our humble convention. Six years later, we are once again delighted to open our arms and welcome her back for a repeat appearance!

Her meticulous attention to detail, her obvious love of men's fashion (and shoes ^__^), deeply compelling storylines, and absolutely unforgettable characters, led to Nitta-sensei from doujinshi to her own original work. Starting with the manga debut of Groupie and leading to many, many more.

The most popular and widely known of these, Haru wo Daiteita, has only continued to gain fans and success, more and more installments of Katou and Iwaki, Drama CDs, another artbook, and of course . . . the greatly anticipated OVAs that helped to further bring her vibrant characters to life. When A Man Loves A Man also added a generous collection of its own Drama CDs under its figurative belt, and Nitta-sensei's impressive list of works has only expanded to more popular titles like Boku no Koe, Koushi Kakka no Himitsu Gaikou, and Otodama.

Nitta-sensei's ability to blend a full spectrum of emotions grounded so well with a balance of realism that seems only aided by her consistent use of truly biseinen characters that readers just can't help but grow attached.
