The hotel will not be adding any more rooms to our room block, so if you or someone you know has reserved a room they WILL NOT BE USING, please release it so that other convention attendees may take advantage of the room block.

NOTE: If you get an error or "sold out" message using the online form, please call the hotel. If the hotel also indicates the rooms are sold out, book a room at the regular rate then contact the convention director with the name the room is booked under, the dates and the reservation number.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION

Parking for Hotel Guests:

Discounted parking for overnight parking is $5/day for Hotel Guests. This DOES include in-and-out privileges. You must book under the convention code to get this discount.

Parking for Non-Hotel Guests/Daily Attendees:

$5/day, with NO in and out priveleges.

Transportation from San Francisco Airport:

HOTEL SHUTTLE

The  Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport Hotel offers complimentary shuttle service from and to San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and BART at SFO 24 hours a day every 10-15 minutes.

If you need to make special shuttle arrangements (ie., wheelchairs), please contact the hotel directly with specifics (flight info, needs, etc.)

TAXI

If you do not want to wait for a shuttle, you may need to take a taxicab from the airport to the hotel. A taxi ride to the hotel will cost approximately $20.00 (as of February 25, 2010).

BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit)

There is no BART station convenient to the hotel; however, you may take BART into SFO and catch a hotel shuttle to the Hyatt Regency. Visit the BART Web site for more info and schedules.

TROLLEY

There's a handy trolley that runs from the hotel to downtown Burlingame, between the hours of 11:35 A.M. - 8:05 P.M. (Monday - Saturday)
