Yaoi-Con 2008 | A Celebration of Male Beauty & Passion in Anime & Manga

[size=2]I was wondering if at Yaoi-Con
anyone was selling Yaoi Paddles. XD

I can not find anything
any where online.
Oh, I did find one
store that had them,
but they were $40.
So then my next question
is, if anyone is selling them,
how much would they be?

And yes, I read the policy
about the props. ^_^.

Those items are usually restricted to that one site that you saw them at, and no, they aren't at Yaoi-con. (That vendor is banned from the con.) Unfortunately, they saw how popular they were at introduction for $20, that the price on them has kept going up, to the tune of the $40 you see now. (They were $35 last year at some other cons, but they will not budge on the price of them.)

Admittingly, I did get one way back in the days, but there's no way I'd be spending $35 (or $40) for one now. At that price, you can probably get one custom-made...

Unfortunately, that's something you'll probably have to do locally somewhere. A quick check of the net shows sites that are willing to show you how to do it, or sell you the supplies to do it, but I don't see the service being offered. After getting the paddle, a simple black paint and some letter patterns would allow you to add the wording to it. I'll keep looking after work and see if I can find something online, though...
