There are tons. Some of them are actually pretty story-driven and complex, not just your main character having sex w/ all the other boys in the game. (Well if that's your cup of tea, there're tons of those too!) You can check out this website:

They import JP games and of course yaoi games too. But they are hard to find amongst all the other normal and adult games unless you know the exact title you're searching for, since the site doesn't have a category for yaoi games;;;
But of course you'll need to be able to understand Japanese, and your PC needs to run in JP Windows environment, etc.
