Now's the time, kids! All of you who've been posting all of those "do I look good enough?" threads, all of you who just want to get up there on stage and strut your stuff, all of you who just wanna see what being a bishie is like, and... well... pretty much anybody who's interested in being a bishie for whatever reason!
Starting now, preparations for general Yaoi-con bishounen (that is, excluding auction) are beginning! If you'd like to try your hand, and maybe your shirt, and quite possibly your pants (or skirt) at a friendly game of Bingo then being a bishie is quite possibly the temporary occupation for you!
Preliminary selections are for Bishie Bingo but the odds are that other events will open up for you to participate in if you show a knack for really strutting your stuff for Y-con. If you are enough bishie (or spend enough time as one) then you may even gain volunteer hours towards payment for your next Y-con!

Bishies of Yaoicons past: Please register for this site as well. I will contact all of you who I can but it is important that you join these forums as well.
As you register for that forum, please feel free to contact me via PM and say hello, stating what your name is. I will be querying prospective bishies as they register and getting a feel for each one of you, building profiles and getting a good idea of the type of performance, be it for Bingo, Auction, or one of our new events such as Cafe, so that you might be placed seemlessly and thereby prepared for the con!
It's important, if you have an interest in this, to register soon! Fanime's coming up quickly and it is a good opportunity to show the Yaoi-con staffers, fans, and other bishies what you've got!
If you are already registered, there's no need to worry about your status. I will be doing some housecleaning on the bishie forums but that will be limited to closing old threads and starting some things anew so that things don't get too cluttered.
