Commonly known as Kitten or Kitty amongst English speaking friends, I'm approaching my 27th year of existance with lightning speed. Prone to typos and muddled words, extreme bubblyness and a craving for anything caffeinated as well as sport mangas and drawing. I speak 2.5 languages, with work history ranging from retail to IT network admin, back to retail and am not pursuing a career in bartending. :twisted:

First-time ycon'er (in fact, first-time con'er at all), still working my butt off to afford both flight and accomodation for the con as well as the all-important spending money.. *_* Toying with the idea of a cosplay, but nothing's decided yet, partly because of the cost involved in producing a viable costume and partly for the effort of lugging it from Europe to the US and back again.

Hmmm.... Otherwise famed for steel-blue eyes, a habit of eating anyone who gets to close, and being 'bout as friendly as your average goblin.

Well I'm Goth Kitti (obligatory obvious statement)...

This will be my second year at Y-con, and my hobby is turning costumes what should not be crossplay into crossplay, as of late. Last year, for auction, my subject of such was Ed of Fullmetal Alchemist. *cough* You'll have to see the pictures, methinks. Said performance netted me a woooonderful significant other (Magdalena) and I am therefore happily attached, but have been given permission to misbehave a little in the context of Yaoicon. :3

I myself love the thrill of performance. I'm a musician (percussionist and singer) myself and have been for most of my life. Auction and Masquerades are, for me, a natural extension of that. When I go to con, it's not usually for the video rooms but for the interactions with all of the amazing and wonderful people.

Professionally, you could say, I'll have my bachelor's in Pre and Early Modern Literature by the time 'con goes around. That means that you and I could have a rather engaging conversation about Homer or Ovid. I also do graphic design and production for Kinko's. It pays the bills, kinda.

Personally, I'm a very, very shy person. I am scared to death of actually approaching people. For some reason, this has no affect on my ability to perform (I think that it's only offhand related to my complete inability to dance). I absolutely adore the beauty of the human body in all of its forms, and love weird hair colors. I have been known to party decently well and, uh, I have very long blonde hair, for a boy.
