Yaoi-Con 2008 | A Celebration of Male Beauty & Passion in Anime & Manga

Someone else can make a southern California thread if they want, but I guess this can be the one for people who actually live in the Yaoi-Con homeland. XD It's always nice for us to unite, and get to know the Yaoi fans in our area that we don't know already. ^^ Feel free to introduce yourself, and mention your location in northern California if you want.

So... my name is Chris. I've been to Yaoi-Con every year except the first one. I was Sephiroth (from Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children) at the Bishounen Auction last year, though the gorgeous handmade Venetian mask I was wearing managed to hide my identity even from people who know me... as the costume was brand new to most people.

I live in Santa Clara, about a 50 minute drive south of San Francisco... and probably a 30-35 minute drive from Yaoi-Con. I've lived all over the San Francisco Bay Area, so I know this region quite well. ^^ I plan to be at Yaoi-Con all three days this year, though that means taking a day off work. It sure will be worth it, though... as it always has been. <3
