Does Yoko Kanno sing?? She's the composer of Cowboy Bebop (and Escaflowne and the Record of Lodoss Wars TV opening) but I didn't know she performed on her own albums, too. Well, I'll take your recommendations to heart anyways. I don't have Ai Yori Aoshi and Mahoromatic soundtracks, but I might check them out if an opportunity comes.
