I as well have never been to a con though this one seems as good a place to start as any ^_^; I’m 22 didn’t have enough time to go last year. For most of the time I intend to go as Cloud[FF7] mainly cause Zack[FF7] and cloud make a really cute couple and my boy friend is going as Zack <3 but… for at least one day I’m going to cosplay as Tifa <_<;

Hello all, I am gugenorchide and i'm from the UK. I have been into manga and anime for a good few years; five actually.
I am intending to go to a Yaoi- Con event at some point and intend to have a lot of fun!

I love to read Yaoi fiction and the graphic novels too, my favourites are FMA, Final Fantasy and Devil May Cry's Dante!

I do artwork and love the manga look even there are so many looks to the manga side of art, so when I am in the mood I create my own characters and make strip cartoons in my spare time.

I look forward to getting to know you all in time and also will enjoy chatting with you about all things Yaoi!

Hi everyone! Yaoi Con 2006 will be my first time at the convention. I suppose, I should talk a little about myself first.

Well, I'm Cliff, 18 (well, actually, 18 in 2 weeks... details, details :3 ) and am moving to the Bay Area in the Fall to attend UC Berkeley. I just recently attended A-kon 17 (my fifth year going to that con) in Dallas (where I currently reside) where I cosplayed as Sora from Kingdom Hearts II. I plan to cosplay Sora again at Yaoi-con just because I don't really have the time or motivation to make a new cosplay for the con. I am currently obsessing over FFVII: AC and Kingdom Hearts II, as seems to be the trend as of late.

Anyways, I don't really know anybody in the Bay Area or people attending the con so feel free to AIM me (AIM: NekoSanSohma) or e-mail me or something if you wanna talk or potentially hang out at the con. *shrugs*

Anti form happens seemingly random. It appears more often the more you use drive forms. While in this form you act and look like a heartless, and only attack with your hands. Not sure of the signifigance of the form though as far as story is concerned.

By the way, Hello my name is Eric/Zerocide and this will be my 2nd year attending yaoi con. I also attend Fanime (6 years going) and staff the gaming room at JTAF. I've been into anime since middle school roughly 8 years, and will be turning 21 in July. I've lived in the bay area my whole life, shuffling between living in San Francisco and the east bay (Richmond/El Cerrito for those wondering) I attend San Francisco State University where I'm at a stand still on what my major is (History or Geology)

I don't cosplay but I plan on changing that sometime in the near future (Just need a good idea on who to go as) Now that schools out, my time is being taken up with work, music games (DDR or beatmania) and me and my friends mission to find the best indian restaurant in Berkeley (among finding the best of other things everywhere else) I heard about Yaoi con through friends that have been to the convention. Everyone said the con is awesome so I decided to attend. Had a blast last year so naturally I'm returning.

General interests include history of all kinds (especailly ancient and military), running, gaming (music and RPGs), anime (especially cyber punk) mythology (especially Greek) late night marathons and get togethers with friends. Anything thats fun. Thats basically me in a nutshell. Really looking forward to the convention this year. So many people to meet.
