A couple of questions for you then, GenkiIchigo.

I checked out underworks and was wondering what product you get for that (cos if it works for you, it sure as hell better for me; tried the sportsbra route, didn't do a damn thing). Do you get the chest binding shirts for men, or something else? And in that case is there a general rule about size (since each size seems to cover, like, a range of sizes)?

And if they're hard to get into, are they even harder to get out of? I'm really claustrophobic about clothes I can't get back out of, so just wondering.

What we got was the Double Front Compression Shirt for men. The rule about sizes was simply to go with your bra band size. (Like I'm a 46, so I got the XL which is for size 45-48 )

And about the claustrophobia, don't sweat it. It's a royal pain to get into them, but they're easy to escape from. The hardest part is just pushing your body parts around and adjusting when you first get it on.

If you do go the ducttape route, get a wife beater (the tank top kind) and put that on first, use a garter belt to hold the shirt down past yr rearend or sew snaps into the crotch.. (most wifebeaters are really long on women) kind of like a baby's onesie.. then wrap on the tape. That way, you don't/won't have to worry too much about the unwrapping pain.. except on the sides where the wifebeater doesn't protect. That's what I did anyways.. but I used a pair of underwear and cut the crotch, then added the snaps.. it fits much better that way imo..
