1. what is yaoi-con's position on shota art being sold
2. is it likely at this point that a table will open up in the fan market for saturday or should i not hold my breath and just get one for sunday

don't hold your breath, the chances are zero of a table opening up. YOu better get a table for sunday ASAP or you might not get one at all. And second...I'm not sure about what OTHERS feel about shota but I really don't mind ~GRINS~ what couples? Just as long as it's not photographs of little boys...~Shudders~ You should be okay

I'll admit that I'm also a fan of shota, and while I don't know the convention's policy on it, I really can't see where a problem would arise (unless there's a local law on it) from it as long as it weren't real. (That would get turned over to the authorties real fast.) Of course, just give me a shota catboy with wings, and I'd be in heaven...

Shota is a part of yaoi, and, as such, shota art at the convention is acceptable. Probably a good idea to label it clearly as such so those who want to avoid it can.

A word of advice for anyone planning on buying shota, be sure you know what your country's customs officers will allow through or you risk having the art confiscated by customs or worse.

Do note that NO photoshopped or photomanipped shota involving pictures of real children is allowed at all.
