We'll be arriving at terminal 1 - do you happen to know whether there's one particular area the shuttles operate from, or do they work at each terminal?

It sounds like we'd be best off trying to meet you at terminal 3 anyway (probably on the path outside after you've gotten your bags?), but I have no idea how/if we'd be able to get there. Do you have any idea if the shuttle'd be able to pick you up at terminal 3 and then come around to terminal 1? Otherwise, I can see us having to get a cab to meet you or something XD
