So far there are 2 confrmed people. 1 Possible goer.

Myself 25/F/non-smoker. Arriving Thursday the 19th at around 11pm, and leaving Sunday at noon.
My friend 24/M/non-smoker. Arriving Friday the 20th. Leaving Monday.
Possibly my other friend 19/F/smoker. If she goes she'll arrive and leave with me. She will be confirming in the next couple weeks.

Of course a room would be preferred at either the Westin or Clarion, but any of the other nearby hotels are okay too.

Floor space is okay too, just need to confirm that so sleeping bags can be brought. We will of course split evenly among all room-mates. Either PM me or e-mail me. I will try to answer same day or by next day.
