Yeah, hotel rooms are generally much easier - "credit card number" is a universal currency ^_~ I've seen tons of people pay on the day each time, so you should be alright - I've never heard of YCon capping the number of attendees they allow into the convention itself, though maybe that's just because the situation's never arisen? ^^;
