We have attendees from the UK all the time. The main difficulty in registering (you probably want to read over the reg page at www.yaoicon.com/registration.html for how the process works) is getting payment to us, since we can't take paypal. What I have done in the past for a friend from England is go ahead and buy a U.S. money order for her and send it in with her reg packet. So you may want to ask a U.S. friend to help you out.
