Yaoi-Con 2008 | A Celebration of Male Beauty & Passion in Anime & Manga

i have a question.
say we're doing a private photoshoot or something, and we just want to use the props for the photoshoot. once the shoot is over, we put them away in the hotel room/car. would that be considered ok? im just curious since im doing a cosplay that requires me carrying pistols, and if i were to do a photoshoot i was wondering if it would be ok to bring the prop pistols out just for that reason (i wouldn't have them on me during the con). if not i completely understand, i was just hoping for clarification
