Ok, I am so mad at myself for not making the time to find the bishi dressed as Roy and asking him where he got his uniform or how he made it. Roy! If you are out there and listening, PLEASE help me out.... I LOVED your uniform and would really like to mimick it for my own... If anyone else knows anything about his particular state uniform, please help! Thank you, thank you!
