All I can say is that the staff member in question drove two of the six people in my party into raging migraines, and one of them away for the night, before we even got close to being seated. I'm sure better ways will evolve to handle both the crowd, and seating, but I'm certainly not going to in any way change my opinion about that particular behavior. I'm sure it was stressful, having to handle the delays and the problems, and the crowd. No one can say it wouldn't be. Hopefully the same situation won't happen again next year.
