Yes, it's going to be during the Cosplay/Bishounen Auction time-frame -- the Triple Play (which this is a part of) is designed as alternative programming for those who don't want to go to Cosplay or the Auction. Usually this is a dead time and this year we've decided to provide a little something for folks who don't get in -- or who choose not to go.
As for who gets chosen -- I'm not sure how the moderator's going to choose, but probably first-come, first served.
