The only thing y!gallery frowns on really is anthro-furry art, citing that their main focus is the yaoi itself as well as there being a number of other gallery sites that focus specifically on anthro-furry art. Might want to give the ToS a look-see to find out precisely what the line is on using other copyrighted works in your own though if that's what worries you about them.
