I'm sorry your email didn't get prompt attention -- like many cons, we had staffing turnover in between conventions. This does sometimes lead to emails sitting unread until the new staffer is up to speed. Always check the Web site first for info -- if it's not there, then contact the appropriate staffer to see when it'll be available.
