You might check your Barnes and Noble or Borders book stores. The ones here surprisingly carry yaoi titles with the rest of the manga. Unfortunately, that means that under-18'ers can look at them too without meaning to...

Other than that, is there a local anime/manga store that you get your non-anime goods from?

You could always try ordering online from Amazon, ebay, or a BL site like June Manga or Be Beautiful Manga.
