- Only Art Show staff may handle artwork
- There are no cameras allowed in the Art Show. Please leave all recording devices at the bag check.
- The Art Show closes at 7PM on Sunday. Anything still in the room at 7PM becomes Yaoi-Con Property.

Art Show
- THERE IS NO HANDLING OF THE ART BY ATTENDEES. IF THE ARTWORK NEEDS TO BE MOVED, AN ART SHOW STAFF MEMBER MUST MOVE IT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Note: Purchases must be made prior to 10pm on Friday and Saturday. At 10pm the cash register closes and you must return at 8am the next day to make any cash purchases.
- Quick Sale
- Quick Sale will be active Friday 2pm-10pm, Saturday 8am-10pm, and Sunday 10am-3pm as well as Sunday 4pm-7pm.
- Quick Sale may only be used before any bids are placed on a piece. Once there is a bid, the Quick Sale option is unavailable.
- If the artwork is bought for quick sale, the winner can choose to take the piece with them, or pick it up by Sunday at 7pm. Artwork purchased at the Quick Sale price must be paid for at that time. You must pay for the artwork before being allowed to handle it.
- All Quick Sale purchases are to be made in CASH only.
- Silent Auction Bidding Rules
- Silent Auction will be active Friday 2pm-2am, Saturday 8am-2am, and Sunday 10am-3pm.
- While in the show, the artwork will be up for Silent Auction. Attendees can write on the Bidding Tags to indicate their bid.
- The bids must remain in whole dollar amounts.
- Three bids sends the Item to Auction. Use a marker and write "Going to Auction" on the top of the Bidding Tag to indicate this. No more bids may be made on the artwork until the Live Auction.
- By filling out the bid section of the Bidding Tag, the attendee is indicating intent to purchase the artwork for the written amount.
- At 3PM on Sunday, the Silent Auction ends.
- The highest bidder will be indicated on the tag by 3PM
- All bidders are responsible for checking on the status of their auction(s). Art Show staff is NOT responsible for contacting winners.
- Only the Quick Sale option will be allowed on items that have not been bid on.
- Payment Options
- The winner of the silent auction has the option of paying by credit card or cash for their purchase.
- The purchase minimum for credit card is $50.00.
- There is a 2.75% fee for all credit card purchases.
- Live Auction
- The Auction will run on Sunday from 3pm to 4pm, in the Barcelona and Casablanca rooms.
- Pieces going to auction but receiving no additional bids will be considered sold to the highest silent auction bidder.
- Payment Options
- The winner of the live auction has the option of paying by credit card or cash for their purchase.
- The purchase minimum for credit card is $50.00.
- There is a 2.75% fee for all credit card purchases.
